It appears the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for the December 5th governorship election in Bayelsa state may have already been decided.
This is because the super delegates of the party in Bayelsa state have endorsed incumbent governor Seriake Dickson for a second term in office. The adoption of Dickson was moved and it received an overwhelming approval from the delegates.
