NPFL All Star depart Nigeria for tour of Spain on Monday



Salisu Yusuf's side will leave the country for the European nation on Monday

Nigeria Professional Football League All Star will depart Nigeria for the Tour of Spain on Monday.

On the team's travel plans, coordinator Amobi Ezeaku told Goal that the NPFL All Star delegation will moved from Lagos enroute Morocco to Spain.

"We will depart from Abuja to Lagos on Sunday by 4pm. And on Monday, we will leave Lagos to Morocco and then to Spain," Ezeaku told Goal.

Salisu Yusuf's had named three goalkeepers, seven defenders, six midfielders and seven strikers in his 25-man squad for the Trofoe Carranza tournament to be held in Cadiz.

The NPFL All Stars will battle Spanish club giants Valencia, Malaga and Atletico Madrid at the club competition.

Enyimba defender Chima Akas, who captain the CHAN Eagles to Rwanda last January will be the team's skipper with IfeanyiUbah FC goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa his assistant.
